Bicycle Mechanic

As a Bicycle Mechanic, you'll work on the core of SMARTVÉLO: our e-bikes. Together with your workshop colleagues, you'll keep bikes on the road. You'll know our bike inside out and be open to repairing, maintaining, and performing safety checks for other customers' bikes. We need your technical knowledge, craftsmanship, and dedication in and outside the workshop.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on SMARTVÉLO bikes and other customers' bicycles
  • Repair bikes in our Cologne Ehrenfeld workshop and at customers' locations
  • Document your completed work orders diligently and clearly

Qualifications:

  • Completed bicycle mechanic or technician training and/or have professional experience
  • Passionate about mechanics, technology, and (e-)bikes
  • Flexible, reliable, and resilient
  • Able to work independently and committed to successful teamwork
  • Hold a driver's license and are comfortable driving a Sprinter
