Your Role:
As a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), you play a key role in our company, ensuring that our goods are stored and transported reliably and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing goods, helping to keep our processes running smoothly. With your experience in logistics, you maintain an overview and ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time. Your work not only secures the flow of materials but also ensures the satisfaction of our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting goods: Checking incoming goods for completeness and quality, entering them into the inventory management system, and ensuring proper storage.
- Order picking and packing: Timely picking and packing of customer orders while ensuring efficient work processes.
- Shipping and dispatch: Preparing and organizing shipments, and working closely with freight forwarders and transport service providers.
- Inventory control and stocktaking: Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stocktakes to ensure accurate stock management.
- Warehouse optimization: Contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and space utilization.
- Safety regulations and cleanliness: Adhering to safety standards in the warehouse and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Teamwork and communication: Collaborating closely with other departments, such as purchasing and production, to ensure smooth material flow.
Your Profile:
- Experience in warehousing and logistics: You have practical experience in warehouse management and logistics, with a good understanding of the relevant processes.
- Reliability and responsibility: You work in a structured and precise manner, maintaining an overview even in stressful situations.
- Team player and strong communication skills: You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly with colleagues from different departments.
- Forklift license: Ideally, you possess a valid forklift license and have experience handling industrial trucks.
- Technical understanding: You are comfortable using an inventory management system and have a good understanding of technical processes.
- Physical fitness: As the role involves physical activity, you are fit and able to handle the physical demands.
