Warehouse Logistician (m/f/d)

Your role:

As a warehouse logistician (m/f/d), you play a central role in our company and ensure that our goods are stored and transported reliably and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving, checking and storing goods and help to ensure that our processes run smoothly. Thanks to your experience in logistics, you will keep an overview and ensure that all orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time. Your work not only ensures the flow of materials, but also the satisfaction of our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• You receive and inspect incoming goods by checking deliveries for completeness and quality, entering them into the inventory system, and storing them properly.
• You assemble and pack customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficient workflows.
• You prepare and coordinate shipments in close collaboration with freight forwarders and transport service providers to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• You monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventories to maintain accurate inventory records.
• You take part in continuously optimizing warehouse processes to boost efficiency and improve space utilization.
• You maintain safety standards in the warehouse and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• You work closely with other departments like purchasing and production to ensure a smooth material flow.

Your Profile:

• You have practical experience in warehouse and logistics, with a solid understanding of relevant processes and day-to-day operations.
• You work in a reliable and structured way, with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused even under pressure.
• You bring strong team and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset that helps you work effectively across departments.
• Ideally, you have a valid forklift license and experience operating industrial trucks.
• You confidently use inventory management systems and have a good grasp of technical and logistical workflows.
• You’re physically fit and resilient, ready to handle the physical demands of the role with ease.
