Your Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to significantly increase the company’s revenue. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about both sales and customer support.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will develop and implement sales strategies to sustainably increase SMARTVÉLO’s revenue.
- You will create accurate sales forecasts and sales plans to successfully achieve your goals.
- You will enthusiastically acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. You will recognize their needs, spark interest, and build long-term customer relationships while initiating new partnerships.
- You will collaborate with our product and service team to address customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- You will work with full sales accountability, always keeping new sales channels and your budget in sight.
- As a SMARTVÉLO brand ambassador, you fully identify with our values. You bring energy and drive, aiming to turn more people and businesses into SMARTVÉLO fans.
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree and have some initial professional experience in B2B sales.
- You are highly motivated, have a strong passion for sales, and possess the ability to inspire others.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing sales data.
- You already have some knowledge of trends in the bicycle sector and the competitive landscape.
- You are capable of developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Your excellent communication and networking skills, paired with persuasion, style, and determination, set you apart.
- You rely on your communication and presentation skills, assertiveness, and strong negotiation abilities when dealing with customers.
- You are driven, well-organized, and able to work independently.
- You bring a good sense of humor to the table.
- Excellent German and solid English language skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
