Sales Manager New Business (m/f/d)

Your Role:

You have experience in strategic B2B sales and want to actively help shape the mobility transition in companies? In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and expanding key account relationships – e.g., for company bikes in industrial settings, with logistics partners, or energy providers. You’ll work closely with our management team and initiate new, long-term business partnerships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You build relationships with decision-makers in companies – with a focus on mobility, sustainability, or logistics solutions.
  • You develop tailored sales strategies and manage the entire sales cycle – from first contact to contract signing.
  • You follow up on leads from our network or investors and develop them professionally.
  • You act as a sparring partner for our product team, contribute strategic customer perspectives, and co-develop new solutions.
  • You help develop our sales approach for the Corporate Mobility segment – with structure, growth orientation, and scalability in mind.

Your Profile:

  • You have several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the mobility sector.
  • You have a strong and reliable network and know how to engage C-level decision-makers for complex solutions and products.
  • You negotiate with confidence, can present complex matters clearly and convincingly, and stand out through your empathetic communication and strong negotiation skills.
  • You enjoy building and evolving sustainable structures together with a growing company.
  • You think strategically and are capable of developing and implementing long-term sales strategies.
  • You work independently, stay well-organized, and keep an eye on your goals and resources, even in demanding projects.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
  • You have a Class B driving licence.
