Project Manager Accessories (m/f/d)

Your Role:
As a Project Manager Accessories, you will develop a holistic concept for accessories for last-mile delivery—from research and manufacturer exchanges to testing, negotiations and data maintenance. Together with Purchasing & Logistics and Product Management, you’ll ensure our equipment is as impressive as our bikes.
Tasks:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive accessories concept for last-mile delivery.
- Communicate with manufacturers, select products and negotiate terms.
- Organize and conduct sample tests to identify the best products.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and integrate innovative ideas.
- Manage and maintain relevant data; ensure quality and delivery reliability.
- Work closely with purchasing, product management and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, preferably with accessories, textiles or technical products.
- Commercial background with strong business acumen.
- High initiative, assertiveness and organizational skills.
- Passion for sustainable mobility solutions and innovative technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and project management tools.
- Business fluent in German and English.
