Product Manager (m/f/d)

Full-time

Your Role:

As a Product Manager, you will accompany our product development from the initial idea to implementation. You’ll test new components, coordinate with purchasing, the workshop and suppliers, and ensure our bikes keep getting better.

Tasks:

• Work closely with your PM colleagues on innovations for our products (services/bikes).
• Set up comprehensive field tests with the workshop and customers, then evaluate the results.
• Interface with purchasing, component manufacturers and workshop technicians.
• Ensure accurate and useful data capture for product development and purchasing.
• Maintain and manage the bill of materials; coordinate components and delivery dates.
• Ensure production with our European partners alongside your team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Innovative thinking and ability to stay one step ahead.
• Process-oriented mindset and ability to maintain an overview.
• Passion for technology and (e-)bikes.
• Flexibility, reliability and resilience under pressure.
• Independent work style and commitment to teamwork.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
