Bike Mechanic – Field Service (m/f/d)

Locations: Düsseldorf / Cologne

Your Role:

As a Bicycle Mechanic, you will work directly on our core product—the SMARTVÉLO E-Bike. Together with colleagues, you’ll ensure bikes are always ready. You know the bike inside out and handle repairs, maintenance and safety inspections on-site.

Your Tasks:

• Service SMARTVÉLO e-bikes and other customers’ bicycles.
• Perform on-site repairs in your mobile workshop.
• Document completed work orders clearly and conscientiously.

Your Profile:

• Completed bicycle mechanic training or equivalent experience.
• Passion for mechanics, technology and (e-)bikes.
• Flexibility, reliability and resilience.
• Independent work style and team spirit.
• Driver’s license and comfortable driving a van.
