Bicycle Mechanic – Field Service

in Stuttgart, Full-Time

Your Role:

As a Bicycle Mechanic, you will work directly on our core product: the SMARTVÉLO E-Bike. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the bikes are always ready for use. You know our bike inside out and are prepared for repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections. We need your technical knowledge, craftsmanship, and commitment both in the workshop and on-site.

Your Tasks:

• Work on SMARTVÉLO e-bikes as well as the bicycles of other customers.
• Perform repairs on-site at our customers’ locations.
• Document your completed work orders conscientiously and clearly.

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed training as a bicycle mechanic or bring relevant work experience.
• You have a passion for mechanics, technology, and of course (e-)bikes.
• You are flexible, reliable, and resilient.
• You work independently and value successful teamwork.
• You have a driver’s license and are comfortable driving a van.
